10 Minute Tidy

I am obsessed with a good tidy since I don’t always have the time to devote a whole day to clean. I’m going to share with you 5 places that you can tidy up in at least 10 minutes or less.

5 Places You Can Tidy Up In Your home In 10 Minutes

Entryway

Organize untidy shoes near doorway.

In our home, my husband and I like to keep our most used shoes by our front door. But they can easily get untidy and jumbled up. When we come home we tend to take whatever shoes we have on, off at the door, which adds even more mess.

Putting away or organizing your shoes will not only take less than 10 minutes but you will feel instant gratification.

Dining Room Table

Dining room tables are no longer used just for mealtime. We use ours for unwanted mail, important papers, receipts, old water bottles, and the list could go on. It may feel like a nuisance to clean but once you start you’ll be done in no time.

So put your dishes in the sink, throw unneeded papers away, put up that folded pile of clothes, and finally wipe down your table.

Bedroom

Our beds are the main focal point in our rooms. Although I hate making my bed but when it’s done it’s like icing on the cake. After it’s done, if I feel refreshed and relieved every time I enter or pass my bedroom, I know you will feel the same way too.

Laundry Room

In my home laundry seems to never end. And it takes a whole lot longer than 10 minutes. But you may not have time to do load after load. Try this challenge, set a timer for 10 minutes and fold and put away what you can. You’ll be surprised at what you can get done.

Kitchen

Our kitchen counters are used everyday, multiple times a day. And even if we can’t see it they are full of bacteria. Your counters are probably dirty right now so go ahead, get up, and clean them. I promise you they will not take you the whole 10 minutes to clean them.

These are not the only places in your home that you can tidy up in less than 10 minutes. So use this blog as motivation to find others and feel free to share them.
