What you do in the morning will set your mood for the rest of the day. I’m going to share with you 9 morning routine ideas that will greatly improve your morning.
9 Morning Routine Ideas
Skincare
There are so many skin care products out there. You can do a face mask, eye cooling patches, face washes and oils. Or you can look up your own organic, natural remedy. It’s very relaxing to start off your day by pampering yourself.
Journaling
I love to write, hence why I’m a blogger, so I enjoy journaling. From personal experience, starting your day with writing down your thoughts or goals will put you in a relaxed mood.
Bible Reading
I like to read my Bible in the morning, every day. It’s a nice break from our current reality to focus on on a peaceful future reality.
Drink A Cup Of Coffee
There is nothing like smelling and sipping on a cup of hot coffee peacefully in the morning.
Listen To A Motivational Podcast
Podcasts are very popular right now. So there are so many to choose from. You can listen to them while laying in bed, while walking outside, or driving in your car.
Read A Book
This is another option if you’re not into reading your Bible. You can even listen to E-books.
Workout
This is a perfect way to relieve tension or stress. It’s been proven that when you work out our body produces endorphins, which make you feel better. It allows you to start the day off energized.
Sit Outside
If you have a back porch or even just a small grassy area, enjoy the fresh air and nature. You’ll be surprised of how refreshed you will feel.
Write A To Do List
I suggest you do this after trying some of the things I wrote earlier. This will help you to organize your day. By putting it on paper this will help you to feel more in control of your day and take some of the stress off of your mind.
